Charles Paris — Brother O.T.G

Charles Paris (Brother O.T.G) is a record producer and hip hop archivist, and the founder of Over Time Grind Productions, LLC, established in 2011. A Grammy voting member, he has spent more than a decade documenting hip hop history and building tools and resources for independent artists and producers.

In 2025, his flagship blog was rebranded as PARIS EIGHTY (P80), and Supply The Work remains the producer's home of the O.T.G world.

About This Blog

Supply The Work is the producer's side of the Over Time Grind world: music gear, producer guides, drum kits, and music — practical tools and sounds for makers, built by a working producer.
